いきなりcrates.ioに公開するのは怖いのでローカルで練習してみる
rustでツールを作成したので、簡単にインストールしてもらえるように公開だ！ と、思ったものの初めてでいきなりcrates.ioに公開するのは、怖いのでローカルにレジストリを作成して一旦そこに対して公開してみるっていうのをやってみました。

rustのソースコードからLLVM IRを得る
rustのソースコードをLLVM IRに変換する際のコマンドのメモ。
rust -> LLVM IR
rustのソースコードからLLVM IRを出力します。
rustc main.rs --emit=llvm-ir
main.llにLLVM IRが出力されます。
RustでLLVM IRを扱いたいのにinkwellのコンパイルにコケる
error: No suitable version of LLVM was found system-wide or pointed
to by LLVM_SYS_110_PREFIX.
Consider using `llvmenv` to compile an appropriate copy of LLVM, and
